Pediatric Assessment (fine motor & sensory processing)

At Artemis Health Inc. an Occupational Therapist will work with children and their families to enable fine motor and sensory processing skills through a child’s occupation - play. At Artemis Health Inc. we provide evaluation, consultation and direct therapy services.

Sensory Integration Techniques & Programming
Sensory Processing - “How Does Your Engine Run”
Sensory Diet Activities
Printing Skills (using Handwriting Without Tears)
Cursive Handwriting Skills (using Handwriting Without Tears)
Visual Perceptual Skills
Activities of Daily Living (dressing, eating, self-care – brushing teeth, combing hair, etc…)
Feeding and Swallowing (in conjunction with Speech Therapy)
Postural Stability

Artemis Health will see any child from birth to 18 years of age who has any of the above areas of concern.
Joint visits with Physical Therapy and/or Speech Therapy are available as well as Home, School or Clinic visits.
